Briefing: Productivity Commission’s Philanthropy Inquiry and Charity Advocacy

Stronger Charities Alliance and Australian Democracy Network arranged a briefing on the Productivity Commission’s Philanthropy Inquiry’s final report and its implications for charity advocacy.

Krystian Seibert (former Associate Commissioner on the Inquiry and now an Executive Director at Philanthropy Australia) provided an overview of the report and highlighted its relevance to the charity sector’s advocacy role.

The Productivity Commission has already conducted a detailed briefing on the final report (we recommend seeing that video here). Our briefing was tailored to the report’s findings and recommendations as they relate to the charity sector’s advocacy.
